Oral Presentations
To ensure consistency across all sessions, all presenting authors are kindly requested to use the official conference template for their oral presentations. Please follow the provided format guidelines.

Presentation Timing: Each presentation in the parallel sessions is allocated a total of 15 minutes.
- Presentation: 12 minutes (maximum)
- Q&A / Discussion: 3 minutes
Please plan accordingly to ensure ensure we stay on schedule and allow for smooth transitions between speakers.
Proceedings
All accepted papers will be featured in two key publications, designed to maximize visibility and impact.
Pre-Conference: eBook of Abstracts
The abstracts of all accepted papers will be available to all participants before the conference.
Post-Conference: eBook of Proceedings published by Springer
All accepted papers will be published in the official eBook of Proceedings by Springer, ensuring high visibility.
- Indexing: The papers will be indexed in Scopus and Ei-Compendex, maximizing research impact.
- Free Access Period: All authors and conference participants will have four weeks of free, unrestricted access to the eBook. This includes free navigation of the e-contents and the ability to permanently download the PDF files of all papers.
Permanent Archive
Additionally, a collection of the authors’ final paper versions will be published as an eBook of Proceedings by the Organizing Committee. This serves as a permanent, archived record available on the IIFC website (accessible to IIFC members only, following a one-year embargo).
Special Issues
Authors of selected papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit extended versions for Special Issues in:
- Journal of Composites for Construction
- Construction and Building Materials
The invited papers will undergo a standard peer-review process.
