The trip lasts 1.30h, and the price is 19\u20ac. You can make the reservation or see the timetable at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sagalesairportline.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.sagalesairportline.com\/en<\/a>.<\/p><h5>By train<\/h5><p>Please note: There is no direct train to Girona from Barcelona airport.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><strong>Airport to the City Center Train Station (Barcelona Sants)<\/strong><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"6\"><li><p id=\"p-rc_b2564fbb47a4016d-26\" data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">If arriving at Terminal 2 (T2):<\/b><span class=\"citation-10\"> Walk to the airport train station and take the <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"79\"><span class=\"citation-10\">R2 Nord (Rodalies)<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-10 citation-end-10\"> commuter train toward Barcelona.<\/span> Get off at <b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"142\">Barcelona-Sants<\/b> (approx. 20-minute ride).<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">If arriving at Terminal 1 (T1):<\/b> Take the free shuttle bus outside the terminal to T2, then catch the R2 Nord train.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><strong>High-Speed Train to Girona<\/strong><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"8\"><li><p id=\"p-rc_b2564fbb47a4016d-27\" data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><span class=\"citation-9\">From <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"5\"><span class=\"citation-9\">Barcelona-Sants<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-9\">, follow the signs for High-Speed trains (<\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"62\"><span class=\"citation-9\">AVE \/ AVANT<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-9 citation-end-9\">).<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_b2564fbb47a4016d-28\" data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">Board a train to Girona. <span class=\"citation-8\">The high-speed journey takes just <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"59\"><span class=\"citation-8\">38 to 40 minutes<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-8 citation-end-8\">.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Tip:<\/b> It is highly recommended to book AVE\/AVANT tickets in advance via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renfe.com\/EN\/viajeros\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">official Renfe website<\/a> to secure a seat and a lower fare, especially during peak commute hours.<\/p><\/li><li><strong><em>Note: <\/em><\/strong>you <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"13\">cannot<\/b> purchase high-speed train tickets (AVE or AVANT) to Girona from the standard regional ticket machines at the airport. To buy a high-speed train ticket directly at Barcelona Sants, head to the staffed ticket office and take a number from the automated machine. Wait for your number to appear on the digital screens before approaching the assigned window<\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><strong>The Regional Train (Regional \/ MD)<\/strong><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"11\"><i data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">If attendees miss their pre-booked high-speed train or want maximum schedule flexibility without booking in advance.<\/i><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"12\"><li>At Barcelona Sants, purchase a ticket for the <b data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"64\">Regional \/ MD (Media Distancia)<\/b> train to Girona.<\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\">These tickets cannot sell out and do not need to be booked weeks in advance. There also exists a coach-lines providing service from a wide range of European cities with a stop in the bus station of Girona<\/p><h3 dir=\"ltr\">Additional travel options:<\/h3><h4 dir=\"ltr\">Girona-Costa Brava Airport<\/h4><p>Girona-Costa Brava airport is located at approximate 12 kilometers from Girona. This airport receives direct flights from many airports in Europe, mainly by the Ryanair Company. Pay attention: The companies write Girona-Costa Brava (Barcelona) as the name of the airport.<\/p><p>The trip between the airport of Girona and the city can be done by taxi or by bus.<\/p><p>There is a bus line that covers the route from the airport to Girona city center. Bus departures are every hour from 5.30 am to 0.30 am (you can find the timetable on the following Link). The ticket sales office is located on the ground floor, in the arrivals hall, beside the car hire offices. The price is 2&#8217;75\u20ac one-way ticket.<\/p><p>If you take a taxi, the price can be around 30\u20ac to 35\u20ac.<\/p><p>https:\/\/www.sagales.com\/en<\/p><h4 dir=\"ltr\">Aeroport de Perpiny\u00e0-Rivesaltes<\/h4><p dir=\"ltr\">Perpignan\u2019s small airport is just 110 km \/ 68 mi from Girona.
