Each Special Session shall have a designated organizer, responsible for submitting the Special Session proposal and maintaining communication with the conference organizing committee.<br \/>Each proposal should include the following:<\/p><ol><li><strong>List of Organizers<\/strong> (up to 3): Include the following information for each organizer:<ul><li>Full Name<\/li><li>Affiliation<\/li><li>Email Address<\/li><li>Brief Biography<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Title of the Special Session<\/strong>: A clear and concise title that reflects the session&#8217;s focus.<\/li><li><strong>Abstract<\/strong> (up to 250 words): A summary of the session&#8217;s theme, objectives, and significance. This should clearly articulate the session&#8217;s relevance to the conference and its potential contribution to the field. The number of sessions for a specific Special Session will be determined by the number of papers submitted to that session. If the minimum number of presentations is not secured, the Special Session will not take place and the papers submitted to that session will be included in regular conference sessions.<\/p><p>After a Special Session has been accepted, authors contributing to the session shall submit their full papers in due time using the standard conference procedures.
